Your experience as a trainer, screen by screen
From sign-up to grading: what you do on the platform, and what it does for you every week.
Step 1 of 10
Your email address is enough
On the Trainers page, enter your address and open the link you receive: your trainer space opens right away. No password to create, no long form.
Step 2 of 10
The team validates your account
The Altalks Academy team receives your request and validates it in one click. You are notified on your phone. Meanwhile, you can already complete your profile.
Step 3 of 10
Propose your course: online or on site
Title, summary, proposed price and format: online, on site or hybrid, with the location of the sessions. The course is created “under review”; the team sets the public price and publishes it with you.
Step 4 of 10
Build your lessons on the same template
Every lesson follows the same steps: entry test, lesson, deliverables, game and practical work, assessment, presentation. The template check tells you what is missing before publishing.
Step 5 of 10
Get your course's QR code
Each course has its own enrolment QR code. Project it in class, or share it online: copy the link or download the image for WhatsApp, an email or your course platform. Your students sign up with just their email address.
Step 6 of 10
Validate requests from your phone
Each request arrives as a notification. You validate them one by one or all at once, in class or remotely. The student is notified and immediately sees the programme.
Step 7 of 10
On site: set the session rhythm
For an on-site or hybrid course, enter the day, time and location, for example every Wednesday from 2 pm to 5 pm. The calendar fills itself and skips public holidays.
Step 8 of 10
Before each session, confirm the class
Two days before each session (Monday for a Wednesday class), a notification asks you to confirm or cancel the class. One tap is enough, with an optional message: all students are notified immediately. Without an answer, a reminder arrives the day before at 6 pm.
Step 9 of 10
Grade the work and follow the results
Submitted practical work and presentations arrive in “Work to grade”. You grade with a rubric; the student receives the grade and your comment.
Step 10 of 10
Follow your learners, your sales and your share
The dashboard brings together your learners, the month's sales and your share after commission. Payouts are made monthly.
